Dr. Amanda Davidson Jones, DPTChief Executive OfficerShe is our Owner, Director and Lead Physical Therapist! In the clinic you will primarily find her evaluating, planning and administering treatment programs to all the patients we serve. Amanda states “I strive to implement quality evidence based treatment methods to promote each patient to reach personal goals and to achieve highest functional capacity.”
Amanda is married to the love of her life which she met while playing basketball and completing her undergraduate degree at Bryan College, Ronnie Jones. Amanda and Ronnie have been married for 13 years and have 2 beautiful children. Their son, Lincoln Von is 7 years old and their daughter, Maddi Taylor is 4 years old! They recently added a new addition to their family, another girl! SnowBella, everyone’s favorite therapy dog, a 2 year old golden-doodle! In her free time you can find Amanda traveling with her family, working out, boating, playing pickle-ball and watching Lincoln play sports! When it's warm outside Amanda likes to visit the beach and when it's cold, snowboarding! If it's a Saturday you can probably catch Amanda cheering for UGA Football - Go Dawgs! |

Ashley Brooks, PTASpring City Clinic DirectorAshley is the Physical Therapist Assistant and Clinical Director at our Spring City, TN location! While in the clinic you will find her implementing treatment plans established by Dr. Amanda, patient and family education, as well as treat patients through exercise, manual techniques and other therapeutic interventions. Ashley says, “I have met so many wonderful people over the past 15+ years working in the healthcare system as a PTA. I am blessed to have a job where I can help people regain function and independence!”.
Ashley is married to Jamie Brooks and together they have 4 children, Braden (15), Riley (14), Landon (12), and McKenna (9). She also has her fur babies…3 dogs and 2 cats! In her free time you will find Ashley outdoors fishing, enjoying water sports/boating, and running kids here and there! Ashley says, “We are also blessed to have so many local family members to have dinners and take family trips with. When we get an opportunity, my husband and I like to go on motorcycle rides together. I am also a board member for the local youth fishing club the Rhea County Eagle Anglers.”. |

Tracy Hull, PTADayton office powerhouseTracy is the Physical Therapist Assistant at our Dayton, TN location! While in clinic you will find her carrying out plans of care that were established by Dr. Amanda, to assist patients with regaining function and mobility in order to reach their maximum potential.
Tracy states, “My favorite part of my job is getting to know the patients and helping them reach their goals!” Tracy is married to her high school sweetheart, Brad! Tracy and Brad have been married for almost 30 years! During those years they were blessed with 2 children Storm and Taylor. Tracy also has 3 grandchildren, Easton, Caleb and Kinslee! In her free time you will find Tracy spending time with family, helping with church activities, attending her grandchildren's events and cheering on her favorite football team, The Tennessee Volunteers! |

Dr. Lincoln Norris, DPTHixson Clinic DirectorDr. Norris is a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics!
Dr. Norris graduated in 2022 from the University of South Florida with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has worked in Florida ever since. He has experience working with a variety of ailments ranging from acute muscular injuries, joint replacements, ligament/tendon reconstructions, strokes and chronic pain. Dr. Norris was born and raised in the small town of Niceville in the panhandle of Florida. He then attended school and later worked in Tampa, FL, but recently moved to Chattanooga. He enjoys going to the gym, running/hiking with his Golden Retriever, Leo, and meeting new people! |

Cara BradleyDayton Office ManagerShe is our Dayton Front Office Manager, the first person you see when you come inside with a friendly smile! She is most likely the one to answer your call and brighten your day! She has been working with OSSPT for a little over years now! Since working here she says she has developed a deep passion for helping others in the healthcare field. Cara cares for people and feels it's a true reward to watch people positively progress in their recovery!
Cara is a wife AND a student! She is currently finishing up her Bachelors degree and will then go on to pursue her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy! In her free time, she enjoys kayaking with her husband, going for drives at sunset, watching Alabama football and screaming ROLL TIDE! Cara states "I love the Lord and try to shine a light wherever I go." And that she does! Cara is a joy to be around and we appreciate all she does for our clinic and patients! Thank you Cara! |

Kelsey BoltonSpring City Office ManagerKelsey is the Front Office Manager at our Spring City, TN location! While in the clinic you will find her greeting you with a smile as you arrive, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating patient records….etc and assisting the PTA as needed on the floor.
Kelsey has 2 sweet girls, Sophia who is 12 and Scarlett who is 9. Kelsey has home schooled both of her children up until this year! In her free time you will find Kelsey and her girls swimming in the pool or lake, and doing anything and everything with her girls! When asked what her favorite food is, Kelsey said “Shrimp! Or any seafood!”. Kelsey is the soft sweet voice you may hear when calling our Spring City Clinic. She always ensures our patients feel welcome and comfortable while at therapy! Kelsey is a quick learner and such a hard worker, we appreciate you SO much Kelsey! |

Snow Bella JonesTherapy Dog!Snow Bella is our Physical Therapy Dog! She travels from clinic to clinic with her mama, Dr. Amanda. You can always count on SnowBella for a friendly welcome when you arrive to therapy! While in the clinic you can find her taking a nap, or being pet and given treats by our patients. In her free time you will find her going on family outings, riding in the boat, running around the yard and snuggled up to Lincoln (6) and Maddi (3). SnowBella makes us all smile everyday with her sweet and calm personality. She brings joy and laughter to our patients while she sits next to them as they complete their exercises. We love you, Bella girl! |
