Injury Screening

Not sure if physical therapy is right for you? Schedule a free injury, performance, or wellness screening. These sessions typically last 20 minutes and offer an unbiased opinion on what your best plan of care should be, whether that’s physical therapy or not! 


Dry Needling

OSSPT utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques to alleviate pain and eliminate dysfunction necessary for functional movement and activity. One of these techniques is dry needling (DN). DN uses a thin needle for stimulating myofascial trigger points and homeostatic points.
